- 500 ml lukewarm water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water with the sugar. Wait 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt, and oil. Knead for 10 minutes.

Let rise for 1 hour 30 minutes in a covered, oiled bowl.

Deflate and form a ball. Place on a floured baking sheet.

Let rise for 45 minutes. Score the top with a knife.
