  • 1 packet of dry yeast(8 g)
  • 500 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water with the sugar. Wait 10 minutes.

    Add the flour, salt, and oil. Knead for 10 minutes.

    Let rise for 1 hour 30 minutes in a covered, oiled bowl.

    Deflate and form a ball. Place on a floured baking sheet.

    Let rise for 45 minutes. Score the top with a knife.

    Bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F) with a bowl of water in the oven, for 30-35 minutes.
