  • 1 shortcrust pastry sheet(or store-bought pie dough)
  • 125 ml brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 ml maple syrup(optional)

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

    Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.

    Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
