- 1 Cake: 4 eggs, 125 ml sugar, 80 ml flour, 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Cream: 500 ml 35% cream, 60 ml icing sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 Maple syrup for brushing
- 1 Chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions

Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for 10 minutes until tripled in volume.

Gently fold in the sifted flour and cocoa.

Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 10-12 minutes.

Immediately roll in a damp cloth. Let cool.

Unroll, brush with maple syrup, fill with chocolate whipped cream, re-roll, and decorate.
