- 1 oie sauvage découpée
- 3 pommes de terre en cubes
- 3 carottes en rondelles
- 2 oignons hachés
- 2 branches de céleri
- 1 navet en cubes
- 750 ml bouillon de poulet
- 250 ml vin rouge
- 3 tbsp farine
- 3 tbsp huile
- 1 Sarriette, thym, sel et poivre

Dredge the goose pieces in flour and brown them in oil.

Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes.

Deglaze with red wine. Add the broth and herbs.

Simmer, covered, for 2 hours over very low heat.

Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 45 minutes.
