Ingredients

  • 375 ml maple syrup
  • 1 lollipop sticks
  • 1 silicone lollipop molds

    Pour the maple syrup into a saucepan.

    Cook over medium-high heat until it reaches 150°C (300°F) on a thermometer (hard crack stage).

    Watch carefully as the syrup burns easily at this temperature.

    Remove from heat.

    Carefully pour into molds and insert sticks.

    Allow to harden completely (about 30 minutes). Unmold and wrap individually.
