Ingredients

  • 500 g Fromage blanc (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 8 pieces Fresh figs
  • 4 tbsp Lavender honey
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted pistachios
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Wash and halve the figs. Arrange the fig halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.

    Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the figs are tender and slightly caramelized.

    Meanwhile, divide the fromage blanc among serving bowls.
