Instructions

    In a large salad bowl, place the mixed young greens.

    Thinly slice the smoked duck breast or cut into small cubes. Cut the apple into thin matchsticks.

    Arrange the smoked duck slices, apple matchsticks, crumbled fresh goat cheese, dried cranberries, and roasted pumpkin seeds over the salad greens.

    Prepare the vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
